By accessing or using EZTOOLS (eztools.com), operated by MIARROBA NETWORKS, S.L., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

2. Description of Service

EZTOOLS provides online tools for personal use. Currently available tools include:

Video Downloader — download videos from supported platforms in various formats and qualities.
PDF Compressor — reduce PDF file sizes with multiple quality presets.
The service requires authentication via Google Sign-In and operates on a credit-based system.

3. User Accounts

To use EZTOOLS, you must sign in with a valid Google account. By creating an account, you agree that:

You are at least 16 years of age.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You will not share your account or attempt to access other users' accounts.

4. Credits System

EZTOOLS uses a credit-based system to manage usage:

Each plan includes a daily credit allowance that resets every 24 hours at midnight UTC.
Extra credits can be purchased and do not expire.
Credits are non-transferable between accounts.
Unused daily credits do not carry over to the next day.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid subscriptions and credit purchases are processed through Stripe:

Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically until canceled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Plan upgrades are charged immediately (prorated). Downgrades are credited on the next invoice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use EZTOOLS only for lawful, personal purposes. You must not:

Download content that infringes intellectual property rights or violates the terms of the original platform.
Use the service for commercial purposes, redistribution, or resale of downloaded content.
Attempt to circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or security measures.
Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the service without authorization.
Use the service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation.

7. Intellectual Property

EZTOOLS and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MIARROBA NETWORKS, S.L. and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. The service provides tools for personal use — it does not grant any rights over third-party content processed through the platform.

8. Disclaimer

EZTOOLS is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not responsible for the content you download or how you use it. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MIARROBA NETWORKS, S.L. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Any remaining credits or subscription time will not be refunded in cases of termination for cause.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cantabria, Spain.
