Google account data: When you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and display name. We do not access your Google password or any other Google account data.
Payment data: Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or banking details. We only receive transaction confirmations and subscription status from Stripe.
Usage data: Job history (URLs processed, formats selected, timestamps), credit transactions, and subscription information.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

Contract performance: Processing your data is necessary to provide the services you have requested (account management, video processing, billing).
Legitimate interest: Service improvement, fraud prevention, and security monitoring.
Legal obligation: Retention of billing records as required by Spanish tax and commercial law.

4. Cookies

We use only strictly necessary cookies:

Authentication cookie: A session token (JWT) stored as a cookie to keep you signed in. This is essential for the service to function and expires after 7 days.
Theme preference: A local storage entry to remember your light/dark mode preference. No personal data is involved.

5. Analytics

We use Umami, a privacy-focused analytics tool that does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not track users across websites. All data is aggregated and anonymous. No personal information is sent to third parties for analytics purposes.

6. Third-Party Services

We share data with the following third-party services, only as necessary to provide our services:

Google OAuth: Authentication only. We use Google Sign-In to verify your identity. Google receives the authentication request; we receive only your email and name.
Stripe: Payment processing only. Stripe handles all payment operations. Their privacy policy applies to payment data they process.

7. Data Retention

Downloaded files: Automatically deleted within 48 hours of job completion.
Account data: Retained while your account is active. Deleted upon request.
Job history: Retained for 90 days, then automatically purged.
Billing records: Retained for 5 years as required by Spanish commercial law (Código de Comercio, art. 30).

8. Your Rights (GDPR)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the following rights:

Right of access — request a copy of your personal data.
Right to rectification — correct inaccurate personal data.
Right to erasure — request deletion of your personal data.
Right to restriction — limit how we process your data.
